Insurance Information
Prescription Compounding is much more complex than count-and-fill pharmaceuticals. As a result of these complications - King Pharmacy does not work directly with insurance companies. Our prescriptions are covered by many benefit packages, and can be claimed by filling out a paper claim form. For your convenience - several forms we frequently provide are listed here for download.
We would also like to note that most insurance companies
accept the IACP's Universal claim form.
